"Piper 25" is a three day conference being held in Aberdeen between the 18th & 20th of June to mark the 25th anniversary of the Piper Alpha tragedy which happened on July 6th 1988 and claimed the lives of 167 men. 

As many as 700 delegates are anticipated to attend from around the globe to listen to speakers from around the globe who will reflect on the Piper Alpha tragedy; review what improvements have occurred since then, and reinvigorate the message of continuous improvement in health and safety offshore. 

In conjunction, a one day event WORKFORCE INVOLVEMENT DAY will take place on Wednesday the 19th of June which will be free to offshore workers.
